Frequently Asked Questions
Domestic orders (CAD) typically take 3-5 business days to receive your order. Weβre doing our best to deliver it promptly for you. Some areas of Canada such as NS and remote areas of Canada can take 2-5 days longer. We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track its progress. Most orders are shipped either the same day or the next day. Orders to the US from Canada typically take 5-8 days and also have a tracking number. EU orders take up to 14 days.

We do not offer exchanges because each order is custom printed to your size specifications. We will offer a replacement if we made an error on your order.
Our wall murals, over 32" or 81 cm will be divided into equal-sized panels with a .125" overlap. Most panels are between 25" and 30" depending on the size of your wall mural.
Unfortunately, we don't provide installation service. Installation can be done by a painter or wallpaper hanger (we provide installation tips and videos to assist). Our wall decals are very easy to install and can be removed anytime without damaging the wall. The wall murals are also easy to install and best when you have two people.
For maximum adhesion make sure that the surface you want to cover is clean and dry. Fill in all defects. If your has recently been painted please wait 14 days for the paint to degas before installing. Our murals and decals can be applied to any smooth surface: drywall, glass, metal ect.
We print our murals with a small amount of overlap to help match the pattern across panel seams. We can print "edge to edge" with no overlap, no problem (please place your comment "edge to edge" in our comment section when placing your order online).
