Some of the images on our site have been captured using a proprietary GigaPixel process that yields a very high resolution. That means that they can be printed and very large sizes without any significant loss of detail. Most digital cameras capture data in the range of 20 Megapixels. Our GigaPixel images often have over 500 MegaPixels and can go as high as 1.5 billion pixels.

The chart below can help you with image size and print quality. Keep in mind that chart below is just a guide. Some images can be upscaled and when viewed at a distance will still look acceptable. We also utilize Machine learning AI software to upscale images with very good results. 

It is our policy to communicate with you if we feel an image lacks resolution.
