Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited: Delivery is 2-7 business days with a tracking number. 

US Shipments are shipped Via Canada Post's Tracked Package: Delivery is usually 5-10 Days with a tracking number. US order will not pay any additional duties. 

We offer expedited shipping at an extra cost calculated at checkout. 

All orders will have a tracking number sent so you can follow your order. At any time you can follow your package. Every product purchased on Cool Walls is printed on demand. We treat every order as a custom order to ensure image quality, sizes and material is exactly what was ordered.

Our production time is 1-2 days, 7 days a week.

Returns

Before returning a product, you MUST first contact Cool Walls customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before the end of the 60-day return period. Cool Walls will not accept returns without an RA number. You can call us at 844-728-0564.

Product Return:

Ship back all products you seek to return to Cool Walls, for which you received a Return Authorization (RA) number. Make sure that you get a tracking number for whatever shipping method you use (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc.) to verify that the product has been sent. Ship the products at your expense. If the product is deemed defective or the return is a direct result of a Cool Walls error, Cool Walls will provide a shipping expense credit. All returns must be received within 60 days.

Restocking Fee

Even though every mural is custom printed to order, we do allow murals to be returned during the first 60 days even if the customer simply changed their mind. However, these returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
